Confidential consultations are conducted remotely by Zoom. Initial consultations are 90 minutes. Follow up consultations last 40-60 minutes. Consultations packages can be tailored to your requirements.

Prior to your first consultation you will be sent a questionnaire relating to your symptoms, diet and lifestyle. During the first consultation, we can expand on some of the answers you have provided and together discuss a plan of action including dietary and lifestyle interventions. Some testing may be advised to help focus these interventions. Supplementation may also be required to help restore any deficiencies.
