About me

Jamie Rice  DipION, mBANT, CNHC

I myself discovered the potential for nutrition to effect positive change. Having struggled myself with chronic autoimmunity for many years, it wasn’t until I took a different approach to wellbeing that my health started to improve. A focus on nutritional interventions provided a solid foundation upon which to rebuild my health. I tried and tested many other interventions and found energetic medicine in the form of the SCIO to be highly beneficial in supporting stress management. These two interventions provide a biochemical and energetic approach to supporting and optimising health.

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist & SCIO practitioner. I graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, based in London. I am a member of The British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) as well as The Complimentary & Natural Health Council (CNHC). To further my professional development and keep myself up to date, I regularly attend conferences and courses on the latest advancements in the field.
